Tickets & Admission
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Tickets can be purchased at the door, but lines can be long—especially on weekends. We recommend buying online in advance to secure your spot and reduce wait times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards at the door. Online ticket purchases are card only. Apple Pay is not accepted.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-transferable.
Do you offer group discounts?
We offer Family Passes (good for up to 5 people) for Wednesdays and Thursdays. For groups of 50 or more, call 505-236-3333 to discuss exclusive discounts.
What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket grants admission for one person on one day of your choice. Tickets are single-use only.
When are you open for the season?
Soft Opening: October 1–2
Grand Opening: October 3
Operating Hours:
Wednesday & Thursday: 6 PM – 11 PM
Friday & Saturday: 6 PM – Midnight
Closed Sunday–Tuesday (except Halloween week, when we’re open every day Oct 27–31).
Where are you located? Is parking available?
We’re at the 505 Food Hall in downtown Albuquerque. Paid street parking and garage parking are available nearby.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Tickets are valid for any open night. If we close due to weather, simply use your ticket on another night.
Is there timed entry?
No—arrive any time during operating hours. Early arrival is recommended on busy nights.
Age & Safety Requirements
Is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome. Parents should decide if their children can handle the scares.
Is this haunted house suitable for children?
We do not touch guests, and guests may not touch our actors. While family-friendly in that respect, the intent is still to scare.
Are there medical warnings?
Yes. Some rooms use strobe lights and fog. Inform staff at the entrance if you have medical conditions affected by these.
Are costumes or masks allowed?
Yes.
Experience & Scare Level
How long does it take to go through?
Approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on crowd flow.
Can the actors touch me?
No. Physical contact between actors and guests is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed by security.
Can I take photos or videos inside?
Yes—photos and videos are welcome.
Do you offer a no-scare or lights-on option?
No lights-on option is available. However, guests can say the safe word “POPS” at any time to be escorted out.
Rules & Restrictions
Can I bring food, drinks, or alcohol?
You may enjoy food, drinks, and alcohol from 505 Food Hall vendors in the lobby, but not inside the haunt.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No.
Can I bring a bag or backpack?
Small purses are fine. Large backpacks must be checked at the entrance.
Are pets allowed?
No, for the safety of animals and guests.
What if I get too scared and want to leave?
Say the safe word “POPS” and a staff member will escort you out.
